Pencil Illustration
Conversion of a photograph of a SWAT officer into a 11x22 pencil illustration.
Colorized Pencil Illustration
This design was created for t-shirts that were sold at a bike rally. Proceeds went to a fund for wounded Marines.
Traditional Illustration
This illustration was done as an excercise to prove that I haven't forgotten how to use pencils and brushes. Created entirely computer-free, this drawing was done with white pencil, chalk, white ink and even an airbrush!
Pencil Illustration
Conversion of a photograph of two SWAT officers into a 22x15 pencil illustration.
Pencil Illustration
I created this image in an attempt to secure a long-term freelance illustration project for a local helicopter company. I didn't get the job, but I did get a nice portfolio piece. Again, all pencil, no computer.
Cartoon Illustration
I was asked to come up with a creative way to combine both a holiday greeting and animals one might encounter when on "safari."
Conflict Resolution Logo
Just a sample of how I still use traditional illustration techniques, including crayon in this case, in my design work.
